Job Description:
Communicate regularly with customers/clients either in person or over the telephone to identify their needs and address complaints or concerns regarding company services
Cultivating solid relationships to gain more loyal customers and clients
Pitch our business to new clients and create a positive onboarding experience for our new clients
Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.
Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
Provide regular updates on the progress of customer service and client servicing projects and campaigns that directly affect each client or customer
Prepare a report based on thorough analysis of strengths and shortcomings of our services noted during customer/client interactions
Suggest ways to implement better business ideas to improve and grow us as a brand
Requirements:
Some experience working as a client servicing or customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Effective communication and convincing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
