We are seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team for a summer internship. The Business Development Intern will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support our business development efforts.
The intern will be expected to:
- Research and identify potential customers and partners
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Provide customer service and support

Working Days: 6 days work week (Thursday Week Offs)
Academic Qualification: Any Graduate or Final Year Student

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Lead Generation: Ability to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Market Research: Knowledge of market research techniques and ability to interpret data.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Relevant Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of business development, sales, and marketing principles. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Role Location: HSR Layout Bangalore
Internship Duration: 2 Months
Stipend : 23k-26k (13K-16K Fixed + 10K Performance Based)
Post-Internship: INR 6-8 LPA (4 LPA to 6 LPA Fixed Pay + 2 LPA Variable Pay)
The entire internship role will be for 6 days a week(Thursday would be an off). The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team. Upon successfully passing the internship program, you become eligible to be offered the role of BDE - Sales (at 6 LPA(4 fixed + 2 variable).
