Job Description

roles and responsibilities:

1. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends. Gather and analyse data to assist in business decision-making processes.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients or customers through various channels, such as online research, networking events, and social media platforms. Generate leads and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.

3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales collateral, proposals, presentations, and other relevant materials. Provide support during client meetings or presentations.

4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and meetings to understand their needs, address any concerns, and explore potential collaboration opportunities.

6. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company's products or services. Help develop market entry strategies and support the execution of expansion plans.

7. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse the activities and strategies of competitors. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the competitive landscape.

8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, leads, and business development activities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall organizational goals. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
