Job Description

1. Generate leads and call prospective clients, meet them face to face or over the phone, understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these and convert them into increased business opportunities

2. Business target setting, planning, promoting, and executing in assigned territory through Contractors, Individuals, Dealers, and Distributors.

3. Team Co-ordinations involving various engineering services teams, installers & backend operations teams for sales, drawings approvals, installation services, invoices, approvals, certification, and documentation purposes.

4. Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.

5. Having a good understanding of the businesses products or services and being able to advise others about them.

6. Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments whenever is required

7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

8. Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends.

9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & other necessary data.

10. Maintain a database of clients, vendors, etc.

11. Sending emails & messages to our respective clients on special occasions.

12. Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate in internal sales and management meetings.

13. During unforeseeable circumstances of any given crisis situation it is expected to meet the business needs and customer services as much as possible.
