Job Description

Channel Management: Planning & delivering distribution depth, coverage & sales. Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product. Built brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements & cyclical brand plans.

Sales & Marketing Management: Developing strategy, overseeing team & individual performance and managing daily activities. I conduct market research and devise effective strategies and identify and maximise opportunities for increasing efficiency and profitability. Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.

Business Development: Strategising business directions ensuring profitability in line with organisational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top and bottom-line profitability. I handle overall business operations (sales & business development) for devising & implementing sound business strategies for accomplishment of sales targets.

Team Management: Manpower Planning, Evaluating performance of sales & marketing teams against the set targets, manpower recruitment, training and development and providing valuable feedback for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Promoting positive customer relationships and serve as a problem-solver & resource to customers. Devising customer retention strategies by offering value added services and support services.
