responsibilities and duties
• building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
• scheduling and attending meetings by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
• discussing and assessing clients current and future insurance needs.
• negotiating policy terms and costs for clients with insurance provider.
• maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and also recommending profit and service improvements.
• prepares reports by summarizing the sales meetings and business done.
• maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• achieving sales targets as agreed at the time of appointment.
