Job Description - Business Development Executive

Our growing company, Sai Sundaram Fibres, is one of the leading organizations in the field of Fire Fighting Services. By satisfying multiple needs of various customers across Andhra Pradesh for the past 25 years, we are in the process of business expansion. We are currently in a need of a resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
Preferably a male youngster who has a burning desire in achieving something good, would be willing to travel and should have the capability to convince clients.
Job roles and responsibilities:
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Keep prospective client database updated
Make cold calls for new business leads
Support in writing new business proposals
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Provide after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
Willing to TRAVEL across Andhra Pradesh to reach out to our prospective customers
Competencies and Skills Required:

Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
Must be able to create good presentations
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure
Compensation Details:
Basic Salary: Rs. 10,000/month
Petrol Allowance and Incentives are given
Salary Date: 10th of every month
PS: Target is a must to achieve in order not to face any disturbances
