7. AMC UPS, Air conditioners, Elevators/lifts

8. Telecommunication EPABX lines, telephones servicing & troubleshooting

9. Security systems CCTV installation and management

10. Vendor Management - Manage external vendor relationships and services.

11. Inventory - Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.

12. Documentation - Total responsibility and documentation of IT infrastructure for Oasis - both hardware and software, documentation of issues and enhancements

13. Monitor security of all the technology & hardware.

14. AHU serviceability and periodical maintenance

15. Cryopreservation and procedures

16. MIS & reports
