RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach and acquire new customers through tele-sales, field sales and presentation
- Retain acquired business to a satisfactory level
- Achieve business targets through managing the effectiveness of all Sales Channels and daily operations;
- Deliver customers order info to relevant departments and assist them in providing service to customers, you are the bridge between clients and recruitment department
- Facilitate clients complaints to be handled in a prompt and professional manner.
- Cooperate with the marketing team and give suggestion to develop sales support tools to ensure the effectiveness of sales
REQUIREMENTS
- You will be the right hand man of the company. You will assume responsibilities from strategic planning to day to day tasks to educate prospects, partners and clients to believe in our commitment to solving their problems through our platform solution.
- A quick-learner, adaptable, a clear-headed salesman, a go-getter.
- Humble, willing to learn, resilient (not afraid of rejections) and optimistic
- Able to work independently and in a team, have multitasking skill
- University/College graduated
- Able to communicate in English and fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken)
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, experiences working in a startup is a plus
- Fresh Graduates and / or Sales & BD Professional less than 1 years experiences
