Main responsibilities:
ï‚· Responsible for new business generation Identify business opportunities and target markets.
ï‚· Generate new leads from different resources.
ï‚· Generate references and new business from existing clients.
ï‚· Make initial customer contact through visits or calls effectively present company introduction
and explain product FAB (Features, Advantages, and Benefits) to client in the first meeting.
 Identify each potential customer’s needs. Send MOM (Minutes of Meeting) to the client after
each meeting looping sales manager and ISR.
 Formulate and send business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
ï‚· Plan and schedule client meetings along with Sales Head to closing the deals.
ï‚· Strongly follow up with clients for the status and convince them to buy the solution.
ï‚· Develop new opportunities and close existing ones.
ï‚· Research and study market trends and products on regular interval.
 Record sales information and maintain customers’ records.
ï‚· Make rapid calculations of costs in order to provide temporary quotations.
ï‚· Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
ï‚· Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it.
ï‚· Collect outstanding payment details of your clients from Accounts department and take a strong
follow up for the payment.
ï‚· Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationship with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Knowledge: Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint and mailing
Skills: Strong communication skills, Planning skills, presentation skills, building strong relationship skill,
Convincing skill, negotiation skill.
Abilities: Marketing or related field Ability to manage complex projects, capable to handle pressure
Attitude: Learning attitude, positive attitude, ready to travel
Language: English, Hindi, Marathi
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT Solution Selling
Age: 25 to 30 years
Marital Status: Married/single
