Business Development Executive

Job Description

Performing market analysis and research on competition.

Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

Developing database of quantitative and qualitative leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social

media, or online portals like Justdial, Indiamart, LinkedIn and other channels.

Preparing PowerPoint presentations & developing proposals.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.

Contacting potential clients via call, email, or to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Selling online recruitment solution (Job-Portal) to the Startups, MSMEs, Manpower Agencies,

Freelancer Recruiters etc.

Meeting the prospects, selling the premium packages & generating revenue.

Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

Managing and updating the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to achieve companys larger objective.
