 Performing market analysis and research on competition.

 Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

 Developing database of quantitative and qualitative leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social

media, or online portals like Justdial, Indiamart, LinkedIn and other channels.

 Preparing PowerPoint presentations & developing proposals.

 Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.

 Contacting potential clients via call, email, or to establish rapport and set up meetings.

 Selling online recruitment solution (Job-Portal) to the Startups, MSMEs, Manpower Agencies,

Freelancer Recruiters etc.

 Meeting the prospects, selling the premium packages & generating revenue.

 Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

 Managing and updating the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

 Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to achieve company’s larger objective.
