We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our staffing and recruiting company, specifically focused on acquiring new clients within the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in target organizations.
• Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate value propositions to clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
