We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our staffing and recruiting company, specifically focused on acquiring new clients within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the US market through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in target organizations.
Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business expansion.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate value propositions to clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
