 Promote Tostem Brand, ‘pre-engineered window’ concept with Architects, Interior Designers &

Builders

 Making Product / Company Capabilities Presentations & Sample demonstrations to

Architects/Builders and High Network Individuals

 Generate enquiries / leads/ build sales pipeline

 Understand Customer requirements

 Negotiate orders as per commercial terms, supply process and supply schedules

 Stay involved from sales till closure, ensure customer is happy with product & Service

 Target and Incentive based working

 Must have good know how of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

 Good Communication skills.

 Work as per the company laid policies, discipline and right attitude towards business development

and growth, Reporting To Director  Female/Male

 1-2 years’ experience or fresher.  Civil/Mechanical Engineer, Cad Drafts person, or Graduate in any field, Should have flair for Sales

and Marketing
