• Recruit Business Development Executives.

• Identifying business potential, and preparing and implementing strategies to tap the potential leads.

• Business development by finding new customers and markets.

• Set targets and execute time-bound plans to achieve the goals.

• Competitor and Market analysis to understand the trends.

• Product costing and pricing according to market requirements.

•Correct any team member in case of failure in achieving targets and provide proper feedback.

•Responsible for preparing the strategies and budgets for the sales and marketing activities.

•Responsible to ensure that all the team members are comfortable with the strategies and ensuring the implementation in the way the company defined.

•Provide Periodical Product & Service Training on our products to the BD Team Members

•Responsible to maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation

•Revenue target 7x

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales is mandatory.

•Proficiency in English.

•Good presentation creation skill and communication skill.

•Flexibility in working on different shifts/at different times.
