Roles and Responsibilities –
• Cold Calling
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through given contact via telephone etc.
• Identify and research on new companies and build a database
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications to their managers
• Record and update the database of customers via calling.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current clients
• Help management in forthcoming events and training workshops
• Work with the Sales Team to support Sales Strategy
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
Required Competencies:
Must be Fluent in English Speaking, Relationship building Skills, Achievement oriented skills.
