Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for Tapping Brokers (Real estate)
• Clear understanding of the Real Estate business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
• Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales & Generate leads from Broker Market
• Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
• Engage with Real Estate Brokers and Pitch for the Auramah Valley
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked
• Attending all department and meetings as necessary.
• Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients & generating Potential leads from Broker Market.
Required Candidate profile:
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate in Broker Market segment
• Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
• Relevant experience in Real Estate industry
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

Office Location: 8 Square Building, 6th Floor Sec 125 Noida. The candidate must be open to travel to Shimla.
