We are looking for a passionate Business development executive to join our team. The executive's responsibilities include generating leads to closing deals and meeting targets.
Business Development Executives responsibilities include
1. Understanding our business and identifying potential clients needing our services.
2. Responsibilities include identifying and generating sales opportunities and converting them into business. Includes tasks like maintaining customer relationships, studying competitors performance, negotiating deals
3. Connect with potential leads. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seeking out new business opportunities through variety of channels , such as email, phone/calls , social media, networking etc.
4. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
5. Setting up meetings with potential clients and demonstrating and presenting our services to them
6. Negotiating with clients, closing deals, and converting leads into clients.
7. Assisting in marketing campaigns and arranging business meetings with top MNCs/ Indian and other companies.
8. Meeting or exceeding sales and new client acquisition targets.
Business Development Executive Requirements:
MBA/Graduate.
1+ years of business development / sales experience in services /IT industry.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
