About the role
We’re looking for an all-in Business Development Executive for an incredibly rare opportunity at a well-funded, fast-growing early-stage start-up with both, a mission and value creation upside. We are targeting an $8 billion opportunity of helping 6 million unemployed graduates each year. This would unlock tremendous personal and professional growth in a short time for an A+ early member.
Roles and Responsibilities
Present company's offerings, establish relationships, and create opportunities for sales.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with potential customers to secure sales agreements.
Working to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability for the company.
Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and closing deals in a timely manner.
Providing regular feedback on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team.
Ensuring customer success and satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships post-sales.
Working to achieve customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
Skills Required
Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi.
Sales expertise and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to work hard and earn beyond the base salary through incentives
