2. Responsibilities & Duties:
● Conducting a thorough data analysis of clients' information by doing data research work via google, B2B portals, directories, association groups, etc., and maintaining all data collation in spreadsheets.
● Generate the new leads conversion and share process details via voice call, WhatsUp msg, Email, SMS, etc.
● Calling existing and prospective clients to complete the full & final payment process and close the deals.
● Accurately record and maintain the details of clients in CRM.
● Generating promising leads for the outside sales team or do the cross-selling with reference to pursue.
● Continually meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
● Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
3. Requirements & Skills:
● Having a good basic knowledge of computers to operate daily work.
● Good communication skills in Hindi & English both with verbal & writing skills.
● Coordinate with team and provide proper guidance to other teammates.
● Must have good telephonic conversation skills.
