Business Development Specialist

TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B strategic marketing company, delivering services that support

companies with strategic marketing planning and execution. With 15+ years of profound experience

marketing partnerships with global technology leaders across India and US.

We also extend marketing and sales consulting services to small, mid-sized and large organizations,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience: (0 to 1 year)

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Basic IT knowledge

Qualification: Any Graduates/Undergraduate

Salary: Up to LPA (fresher) + Incentives (Negotiable for Experienced)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be the ‘front-ending’ salesperson to call and reach out to decision-makers/ C level/

Manager level persons and identify sales opportunities

• You will be responsible for Lead generation

• You will be directly involved in inside sales and marketing

• You will be involved in identifying new businesses and prospective customers

• You shall take a consultative /solutions approach to your sales lead generation

• You shall carry out the required market research and profiling to further qualify the

prospects

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Soft Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language with an excellent telephone manner

• Basic technical Knowledge about Computers Hardware

• Basic IT Infrastructure knowledge, including the use of spreadsheets

• Knowledge of CCNA, ERP, Database
