• Through understanding of Motor Insurance

• Understanding of claims management of motor business

• Additional Retail products will be added advantage like personal accident, critical illness etc

• Dealer Management exposure

• MISP regulation understanding

• Motor dealer training on system and process

• Independent working and self motivator

• Good interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi

• Working knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint

• Data management and analysis

• Willing to travel minimum 20 days a month
