Job Description:
Managing inbounds and generating outbound leads
Prospecting potential customers
Researching and pursuing new business leads
Preparing business proposals and presentations
Client Onboarding
Job Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings
Researching organizations, groups, seminars, conferences and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value provided to current clients
Finding, developing and nurturing outbounds
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Overseeing, Strategising and approving quotations, proposals and the way forward for clients
Setting goals for the development of the team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training interns and helping them develop their skills to become Executives themselves
