Job Description

Key Responsibility :

1). Marketing support to existing (Unit Franchisees) UFs including demos, school meetings, society meetings, local promotion campaigns, etc, motivating them to achieve targets.

2). Conducting online trial classes/ parent meetings to enroll new students and motivate existing parents.

3). Identifying premises for existing UFs

4). Expanding the company's footprint in unrepresented areas.

5). Giving added thrust to UFs appointed in the last two years enables them to become BIG.

6). Maintaining cordial relations with HO personnel.

7). Participating in and executing all Company related events.

8). Reporting to the organization in a prescribed format as per frequency required by Directors.

9). Male Candidates will be preferred.
