Job description : New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and pursue opportunities for business growth. Appointment generation. Track sales activities, maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales metrics. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or any Graduation, equivalent experience).
Freshers or Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events, as required.
