Job Description

Will be responsible to on board new vendors / brands on pan India level.

lead generation from various online sources, researching and looking for new vendors online, arranging meeting with them as and when required.

handling vendor / seller issues, being one point of contact with vendors.

Solving Vendor issues, assisting in catalogue upload and management.

Excellent presenter, good communicator, and lastly a wilful person.

Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers and Merchants including the appropriate escalation of Sellers issues.

Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve sellers.

Maintains a positive and professional demeanour always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
