Description:
We are looking for entrepreneurial, resilient, empathic business development executives to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added services.
KRA’s:
1. Conduct visits and map the healthcare positions in the designated area with special attention to probable plausible clientele.
2. Put forward a positive and affirmative picture of the services, accreditation and policies of the organization.
3. Must be able to negotiate the pricing of the product as per relevant and comparative rates in the designated area.
4. Identify and establish proper logistic channels as per the organizational policies.
5. Maintain the good laboratory practices and proper inventory requirements of the clients from time to time.
6. Coordinate with main lab and the staffs for proper reporting as per the desirable turnaround time and quality.
7. Meet the consultant doctors to decipher their requirement as per diagnostic services are concerned and convey the same to the lab.
8. Maintain proper account settlement(cash/credit) for all clients in the designated areas.
9. Maintain discipline, report to the management by adhering per company SOP and standards.
Salary & Benefits:
• LPA to LPA
• 5% incentive on net business produced
