We are looking for a Business Development Executive - HoReCa for our organization. Experience required 2 to 6 years
Note - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Grow business through numerous B2B channels, including hotels, restaurants, corporations, airports, and guest houses.
- Drive top-line and bottom-line goals by managing the PnL of all key accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with various buyers and influence TOT (terms of trade) criteria.
- Own and operate networks for new SKU/new account listings.
- The prompt submission of payments, the efficient use of tertiary data, and the creation of multiple visibility spaces.
- Create unique B2B bundles in collaboration with the Product and Category teams.
- Identify and execute opportunities for month-over-month sales growth.
- Sales forecasting with the operations team to guarantee >90% fill rate
Requirements and skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good command of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Horeca channel and FMCG brands
- Attention to detail in conception and execution
- Go-getter attitude
- Taking initiative and ownership
