Job Description

1)Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

2)Identifying new revenue opportunities.

3)Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

4) Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

5)Regularly canvassing the trade area to identify new tenant/partner opportunities, networking with local small businesses & entrepreneurs, and attending relevant trade shows and events to expand the business.

6)Networking with area leasing representatives, brokers, and industry associates.

7)Identifying and developing new leasable locations in the common area.

8)Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers.

9)Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.

10)Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
