Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide product and service information to customers;
• Complete call logs and reports;
• Other duties as assigned;
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors;
• Research the required information using available resources;
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures;
• Escalating customer feedback as required;
• Business Development Activities such as lead generation through Email, calling, meeting etc.;
• Making customer profiles and assist sales team in qualifying prospects, making proposals, coordinating with direct sales team;
• Analyze potential markets;
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring strong customer satisfaction;
• A strong commitment to customer service.
