Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support,
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts
Creating informative ppts, and coordinating with the Presales team.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Prepare sales forecast and ensure the same is achieved.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Collaborate between the customer and internal teams.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Required Candidate profile
1-2 years of experience in demand/lead generation in the software and IT services & IT domain
Hands-on experience in crafting good sales cadence and prompters.
Must have good knowledge of technology services, software development lifecycle, and sales practices in the IT industry
Must have prior experience in building and managing high-performing inside sales
Desired Skills :
Strong client-facing skills, . meeting & presenting to clients (ideally with experience dealing with similar types/levels of contact).
Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the sales process (ideally gained within a similar, commercial environment).
Ability to prove the Account Management capabilities in developing and retaining key accounts.
Outstanding track record in managing sales ideally in high-growth companies
