Job Description

1) Finding more and better qualified people to talk about product or service.

2) Should have the most complete strategies and plans to develop the highest quality prospects who can, and will buy from them. 3) Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

1) Building high levels of trust, rapport and credibility with each prospect & recommending solutions.

2) Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

1) Conducts market research and develops sales plans and update periodically based on changing market scenarios and insights from the prior quarters.

2)Planning sales visits with BDM/ZSM to generate business

3) Sales plan must report every week to team leader for analysis and approval.

4) Develop and implement new sales initiatives & strategies

Create and send accurate weekly reports.

Reports should indicate the following:

1) Provide Daily Sales Report of field sales

2) Target vs achievements

3) Reasons for any shortfalls

4) Business funnel Reports

5) Based on analysis, contribute to the thinking around pricing, product and service delivery.

6) Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
