Job summary / objective:

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be expected to generate leads from phone calls, social media (LinkedIn) and emails.

Responsibilities & duties:

Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients

Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone, social media (LinkedIn) and email (including cold calling)

Provide accurate and timely information to management

Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products and services

Skills / attributes required:

Desired

Strong communications skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work individually and in a team

Experience with research and maintaining databases

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred

Inside sales / lead generation experience (Past or current)

Experience working with Indian Companies

Qualifications / experience required:

Under Graduate or Bachelors degree in any stream

1-3-year(s) experience in Lead Generation / Customer Care / Customer Support / Up Selling preferred. Fresher with good communication skills are also welcome
