Role Description: The Business Development Executive will sell our print /digital products , services and seek high-quality clients for our digital business. While motivated fresh graduate MBAs are invited to apply, ideally, we prefer two years of work experience in a similar role. The key requirement is a passionate and curious attitude to client opportunities, good business fundamentals in pharma sales/marketing, coupled with a self-starter oriented approach to work in a competitive marketplace. The job is based in Mumbai.
Key Requirements: The job requires,
1. Product/services knowledge - Being the frontline of our interactions with our clients on all sales of products and services
2. Prospecting - Scientific approaches to the marketplace to generate prospects, with assistance of Mediquest teams
3. Reporting and Communication - Strong reporting and communication skills to ensure all sales leads and prospects are covered and communicated with
4. Revenue and Sales - Goaled against sales numbers for qualified leads
5. Client business needs - Ability to understand business needs and craft solutions for these
6. Presentation skills - Ability to independently present and communicate to prospects
7. Experience - Pharma or Health Sciences or Education Sector is desirable.
8. Education - Bachelor or Masters degree in Sciences/Tech/Pharma/Business
9. Others Business acumen, marketing and sales understanding, negotiation skills
