Duties and Responsibilities:
The selected candidates would be required to study the EV industry and the need for creating Charging Infrastructure for smooth e-Mobility adoption. The candidates would be expected to fully learn the policies and pulse of the EV industry and prove their competence during the probation period in order to get a confirmed position in the organization.
Post this initial period, the candidates would be working on hardcore business development operations in order to enhance the sales of the company.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Strong IQ and EQ, eloquent and good articulation skills, impressive persona and positive attitude, willingness to learn and excel, ability to work within deadlines, courage to think and work out of the box.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Qualification: Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field/BMM/BMS.(Experience in sales, marketing or related field will add advantage)
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Candidates will be working from office.
