1. Lead Generation : Bidding on online portals like Upwork.

2. Closing quality leads

3. Build contacts with potential clients

4. The candidate should have a vision/exposure to achieve monthly sales.

5. Strong knowledge of the portals like Upwork, LinkedIn or PPH etc.

6. Strong follow up with client

7. Good closure rate/ target oriented

8. Possess good technical and multiple domain knowledge

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

10. Strong Geographical knowledge

11. Excellent communication (written and spoken) interpersonal skills.

12. The ability to meet deadlines.
