Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
• To identify and create business opportunities across industry verticals
• Follow up on customer inquiry and leads generated
• Need to maintain healthy relationships with existing Clients and the new clients.
• Recognizing probable clients thorough Market Research, Internet Research, Lead generation through other advanced ways
• Developing proposals and quotes by calls and through e-mails to generate business for the organization
• Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT equipment and service packages
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Business Development Executive
Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Extensive IT sales experience.
