Job Responsibilities:
1- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company.
2- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
3- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
4- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
5- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implanting necessary changes.
6- Online Lead Generation via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
7- Lead Generation via Email Marketing
8- Client Interaction.
9- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
10-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) .
COMPETENCY
TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL (MANDATORY)
1-Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook and computerized accounting software
2-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
3-Creating and maintaining client relationships
4-Self-motivated yet customer-focused
5-Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
6-Understanding of the Demand and Supply of Software Outsourcing, Web Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development etc.
7-Prepare business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new enterprise customers.
