Role Definition Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for generating revenues for our organisation by selling our training solutions through sourcing contacts, engaging with existing clients and converting them into contracts.

Tasks & Activities Data Sourcing and Management
• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search of HR Managers, Sales Heads, Plant Heads of various companies & Institutions who conduct training through outside agencies - example Ecommerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance Co, Banks, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Educational Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and Real Estate
• Updating the existing database of clients lying with the organisation
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
Sales Meetings
• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target clients
• Having effective sales meetings in order to
 Understand clearly the requirement of the client
 Position Dhruvsatya as the best choice of the client
 Generate requirements for training & consulting
Sales Proposals
• Create presentations based on the client requirements
• Generate proposals
Sales Conversions
• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
Client Coordination
• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the clients
• Ensure successful contract to completion cycle of the order
