RESPONSIBILITIES
* Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our startup
* Maintain friendly relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.
* Help customers choose a perfect consultant according to their requirements
* Regular follow up of leads
* Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
* Update & maintain customer data daily
* Being well informed and updated about the industry
* Handling community groups for lead generation
* Assist marketing team in development of advertising and promotional programs,
REQUIREMENTS
* Edtech sales experience is an added advantage
* Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
* Great Listeners who has the ability to build friendly relationships with customers
* highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* A high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedication
* Ability to work In a Startup environment
Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
