Job Position: – Business Development Executive (IT Services & Solution)
Experience: - 1- 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities;-
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• Understanding client needs, offering solutions and support,
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts
• Creating informative ppts, and coordinating with the Presales team.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales forecast and ensure the same is achieved.
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for working with the Pre-Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. Collaborate between the customer and internal teams.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

Required Candidate profile ; -
• 1-2 years of experience in demand/lead generation in the software and IT services & IT domain
• Hands-on experience in crafting good sales cadence and prompters.
• Must have good knowledge of technology services, software development lifecycle, and sales practices in the IT industry
• Must have prior experience in building and managing high-performing inside sales
Desired Skills :-
