Roles and Responsibilities

? Call and meet clients and prospects that are interested in Property, Real Estate Developers and Real Estate Agency Listings and offer them best deals.

? Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and offer the right listing service.

? Oversee the preparation and approval of client listing on website.

? Coordinating the closing of deals and payments done.

? Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

? Strong self-starter and team player

? Ability to receive direction and feedback

? Candidates must have experience of at least six months

? Ability to work independently

? Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required

? Be innovative in developing and executing the assigned initiatives

? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Graduates with 0-1-year experience.

• BBA/BA//BE/MBA

• Should have 2 wheeler

• Ability to understand customers’ needs

• Create long lasting relationships with customers

• Good communication skills in both English and local language

• Problem solving and analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Team Management skills

• Agility and patience to multitask
