Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided & understanding their career up-skilling needs, and
recommending appropriate courses.
Meet revenue targets consistently in alignment with team and organizational goals
Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers
Utilize the existing customer base to generate referrals and expand the sales pipeline
Ensure thorough documentation of all customer interactions .
Possess working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
Manage end-to-end support activities for assigned leads, from pre-sales to post-sales
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Maintain a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
Gain insights into customer requirements in assigned geographical areas and contribute to product
portfolio improvement based on customer feedback
