Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to leads provided & understanding their career up-skilling needs, and

recommending appropriate courses.

 Meet revenue targets consistently in alignment with team and organizational goals

 Actively seek opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers

 Utilize the existing customer base to generate referrals and expand the sales pipeline

 Ensure thorough documentation of all customer interactions .

 Possess working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

 Manage end-to-end support activities for assigned leads, from pre-sales to post-sales

 Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects

 Maintain a consistent track record of achieving revenue targets

 Gain insights into customer requirements in assigned geographical areas and contribute to product

portfolio improvement based on customer feedback
