Responsibilities:
Familiarise yourself with our companys products and services
Identify key franchise leads in promising rural areas and markets multiple sources, including various social media channels
Make calls to sales leads in the rural areas and converting them into sales
Take ownership of the end-to-end franchise sales process
Own complete responsibility for meeting the company's sales goals
Follow up assertively with any sales leads
Cultivate and nurture relationship with existing and new franchise partners that add value
Guide and support the franchise partner to set up kiosks as per the guidelines
Continuously analyze and assess our sales and marketing strategy & techniques
Create and present business proposals, demos, and pitches for our leads to showcase our offering
Collaborate with management on monthly/weekly sales goals
Maintain and update sales, marketing, and business development documentation
Update yourself with the latest industry trends & any latest enhancements made in our products
Foster a supportive & healthy environment within the company
We are looking for someone who -
Preferable has a background or understanding of the healthcare industry
is comfortable with calling prospective clients in the rural areas
Preferably knows a regional language (like Gujrati, Telugu, Marathi, etc.). It is an added advantage, not compulsory
Has excellent communication & negotiation skills
Is action-oriented and has a strong sense of ownership
Feels comfortable in a goal-oriented environment
