Responsibilities

Attending clients calls and understanding their requirements.

Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing clients.

Requirements

12th Grade or equivalent.

0 to 2 years relevant experience

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Work from the office.

Salary: to + Incentive (for fresher), above for experienced

candidate + Incentive
