A Business Development Associate will play an important role in customer acquisition, customer relations and service, play significant role in business growth. Position requires with good oral communication skills, good telephone etiquette. Aspirants with 0-4 years of experience in Counselling, Inside Sales, Direct Sales, Tele Sales, lead generation with target oriented approach can apply.

Job Description:

• To Connect, Counsel, guide working professionals, students on career-oriented programs.

• To connect clients through outbound calling from database and generate new leads & prospects

• Cold calling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with prospects, and closing the sales.

• Converting leads from various sources into sales /admissions (Web, Referrals, Tele call etc.)

• Target the right set of audience, achieving the assigned sales targets month on month basis.

• To build healthy relations and rapport with customers and ensure best service is given.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication & convincing skills, fluency in English is required.

• Self-Motivated and Goal oriented with a desire to deliver performance.

• Inclination and interest to work in a sales driven environment.

• Graduate / Postgraduate with knowledge of computers is essential.
