Candidate Profile:
Responsible for cold calling, generating leads/Vendorship/Client Agreement in Domestic IT Staffing Market with in India.
Client Acquisition experience in IT/ITES Industry for both Contract & Permanent Staffing Resources.
Decent knowledge on Indian IT staffing industry.
Desired Profile:
Relevant experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager in any Domestic IT Staffing Company.
Proven ability in Business development, clients follow ups, revenue generation, coordination, meeting with clients & regular client interactions.
Extensive experience in bringing new clients/business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions / Services.
Good experience in Cold Calling and Lead generation for Indian markets cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgoan, Delhi, and other cities.
Able to deal at the HR - Senior Manger/VP/ GM, CEO, Director, CXO level, Key Decision makers.
Accurately forecasts revenue streams & Prepare budgets for the same.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads from entire India region.
Prepare Proposals, Presentations for New Business acquisition.
Develop and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients.
Send email campaigns/ newsletters, Follow ups with Clients.
Negotiate with clients and finalize the contracts/Agreements.
