Job Description

Responsibilities:

Attending inbound calls ( 10 to 15) and convert as business .

Suggesting upgrades or added services for clients for the business.

Negotiating price with clients to secure the most attractive price both company & client

Maintaining strong meaningful relationship with existing clients for future business.

Reviewing client's feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Coordinate with process team / other regional office for collections and process.

Requirement:

Extensive sales experience

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain point and suggest suitable services with time line.
