Job Description
We are looking for a young, energetic and dynamic person who knows how to create and maintain rapport with our partners and likes working in a start-up atmosphere. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer on this role.
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Education: MBA/ (Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales:
o Identification and outreach to new prospects
o Collecting and Recording Prospect Information
o Presenting our solution in a manner to fit in with the client’s current needs
o Sharing USP and Communicating benefits to prospects
Sales:
o Sharing Estimates of solution
o Negotiation for best deal
o Follow-up to get update
o After close- forward info to operations team for order fulfilment and payment collection
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Fluent English is a must)
Strong listening and presentation skills
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time management
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
