Relevant Experience: 2 -3 years in Software /Application Sales or IT Sales

Job Description
Responsible for achieving sales target fixed by the company.
Identifying new sales leads.
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments with the companys products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Team Handling, Planning, scheduling and motivating the team like training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Skills & Requirement:
Experience in IT Industry (Services Based) preferred
Should have handled the Business Development Life cycle from generating the lead to closure the business.
Domestic client handling experience preferred
Socially adaptable
Good in negotiations
Able to provide quality leadership to a small team of salespeople
Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
