Responsibilities
1) Building business relationships with current and potential client and generating Revenue for
the organization.
2) Focus on new customer acquisition
3) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working
with the client through the closing process
4) Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions in line with Sales & Profit offerings.
5) Experience in Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating
business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
6) Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
7) Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining shortand long-term business development plans.
What Skills we look for
1) Successful track record in B2B Sales of minimum two years’ experience handling Enterprise
customers.
2) Handled IT Software sales with target customers in HR, IT, Sales
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
with potential customers.
4) Understanding client needs and offering solutions.
5) Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally and confidently
6) Should have completed graduation with passion to understand Information technology
